Private Club Membership Terms

1. Adults only

Green Cart is intended only for persons aged 18 years or older. By continuing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Private membership

Green Cart operates as a private members' platform. Access to member-only services is not offered to the general public. Registration does not guarantee membership. Applications may be verified, approved, declined, suspended or terminated in accordance with the Membership Agreement and Club Rules.

3. Personal and private participation

Membership is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared. Any member-only products or services must be used lawfully, responsibly and only for the member's own private purposes. Resale, unlawful distribution and supply to minors are prohibited.

4. Legal compliance

Members must comply with applicable South African law, Green Cart policies, club rules and reasonable verification requirements. Nothing on the website constitutes permission to act contrary to applicable law.

5. Identity and age verification

Green Cart may request a valid identity document and additional information to verify age, identity, membership eligibility, payment or delivery information.

6. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Green Cart Privacy Policy and POPIA Notice. Identification documents are used for verification, membership administration, security and compliance purposes.

7. Member conduct

Members must behave lawfully and respectfully and may not misuse the website, member account, products, services, events or community features.

8. Health and responsible use

Cannabis may affect individuals differently. Members must use products responsibly, keep products away from children and animals, avoid driving or operating machinery while impaired and obtain professional healthcare advice where appropriate.

9. Agreement

By selecting the acceptance checkbox and continuing, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Private Club Membership Terms and the documents incorporated by reference, including the Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy and Club Rules.
