Club Rules and Member Code of Conduct

1. Member code of conduct

As a member of Green Cart you agree to follow these rules. They exist to keep the club private, lawful, safe and respectful for everyone.

• Membership is personal and non-transferable
• Provide truthful and accurate registration details
• Keep your account and credentials confidential
• Act lawfully at all times
• Behave respectfully towards members, staff and the community
• Do not harass, threaten or abuse others
• No minors may access member products or services
• No resale or unlawful distribution of products
• No intoxicated or unsafe conduct at events
• No unauthorised commercial solicitation of members
• Do not tamper with products, systems or the website
• No fraudulent orders or chargebacks
• Respect the privacy of other members
• Follow all event and venue rules

2. Enforcement

Green Cart may take action where these rules are breached, taking into account the seriousness and circumstances of the breach.

3. Warnings, suspension and termination

Depending on the circumstances, a breach may result in a warning, suspension or termination of membership. Serious or unlawful conduct may lead to immediate termination.

4. Appeal and complaint route

If you wish to appeal a decision or raise a concern, you may do so through the Complaints and Dispute Procedure.
